PENTAWING are comparatively prouder than their pre-evolutions; oftentimes, the males will show off the glossiness of their feathers to the females. However, this POKEMON prefers defensive stances in battle.

This POKEMON is renowned for its grace, and thus valued in Contests. It enjoys pilfering shiny objects from its Trainer, as well as showily flaunting its feathers, both in battle and not. Gray-feathered variants are shunned from their peers.

The wing on PENTAWING's forehead acts as more of a 'rudder' than an aviator appendage. In natural hierarchy, the glossier this Pokemon's feathers, the higher ranking it is. PENTAWING may be slightly vain, but it is still amiable.

Once again, I have expounded upon the 'ugly duckling' basis.. though.. I dunno, its shiny version seems to look a little 'grayer'. I'm not sure how I feel about this Pokemon in general; I think I may have made some of its feathers too stiff...
